Thank you for using Predict.law, Lawlink Inc. (dba Predict.law). By accessing or using our services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

- “Company”: Lawlink Inc. (dba Predict.law), a SaaS provider.
- “Services”: The software-as-a-service platform provided by Company.
- “Customer”: The entity or individual that subscribes to our Services.
- “Subscription Plan”: The agreed-upon pricing plan for accessing our Services.
2. Account Registration
Customers must register for an account to use our Services. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Use of Services
Our Services are provided solely for business use. You agree not to misuse or abuse the Services, including but not limited to attempting to breach security, overloading servers, or reverse-engineering software.
4. Payment Terms
Customer agrees to pay the applicable fees as described in the Subscription Plan. Company reserves the right to suspend service for non-payment after notice is provided. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property related to the Services is owned by Company. You may not use our logos, trademarks, or other materials without explicit permission.
6. Confidentiality
Customer and the Company agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information exchanged in the course of using the Services.
7. Termination
You may cancel your subscription effective at the end of the current contractual term. We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you violate these terms.
8. Liability Limitations
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of our Services.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Washington. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or in the Terms of Service section of the website.
